Tour Plan
CUSCO -OLLANTAYTAMBO- KM 104 CHACHABAMBA- WIÑAY-WAYNA- MACHUPICCHU-AGUAS CALIENTES.
We will pass very early to pick you up from your hotel to transfer you in our transportation for 2 hours to the train station in Ollantaytambo. Where we will board the train for 1 hour and 20 minutes to Km 104 (Start of our trek.) Here we will meet our guide after presenting passports in the control, we will begin to walk gently a few meters from the Vilcanota River. Where we will visit the first archaeological site of Chachabamba, a stone altar that served to worship the sun and the mountains, still venerated by local people. Then we will continue walking for 3 hours until we reach the bottom of Wiñaywayna. We will appreciate the beauty of this place, complemented by the information of our expert guide. After lunch in Wiñaywayna, we will continue in the afternoon through the cloud forest, full of bromeliads, orchids, and fern trees then we will arrive at Inti Punku ("the sun gate"). From this point, you can contemplate and observe this wonderful place Machupicchu. Then we will descend for 45 minutes until we reach the citadel of Machupicchu. Where we will board the bus to Aguas Calientes. Where we will spend the night. The thermal baths are a good option (bring your swimsuit and 20 soles).

AGUAS CALIENTES-MACHUPICHU- OLLANTAYTAMBO- CUSCO
After breakfast we will pick you up at your hotel and then board the first bus to Machupicchu. We will have a guided tour of this enigmatic and mysterious city for approximately 2-3 hours, you can visit the most impressive places like the Royal Mausoleum, the temple of the 3 windows, the main temple, the sacred square, the famous Intihuatana, , Fonts, etc. Then you will have free time to explore on your own). After visiting Machupicchu, we will take the bus to Aguas Calientes. Where we will board the train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Our staff will be waiting for you with our transportation to return to Cusco.
