Tour Plan
CUSCO - QUILLARUMIYOC - TARAWASI - CONDOR CANYON - CUSCO.
(8:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
We will pick you up from your hotel in our transportation at 8:00 am in the morning. Then we will travel along the Cusco Limatambo route for approximately 2 hours, during this trip we will visit 2 very important archaeological sites like KILARUMIYOC (Temple of the Moon and Of fertility), TARAWASI (Tambo Inca), Continuing our trip by the asphalt to the (huayronca bridge) from where we will take an unpaved road to the community of Chonta, this trip will be ascent up to 3400 masl. During this trip we will stop at some key points to take photos with the snowy Salkantay and the valley of Limatambo, we will reach the village of Chonta between 12:00 Pm where we will enjoy our delicious lunch watching the snowy Salkantay. Then we will begin our walk of approximately 1 hour and 45 by a wide road to the viewpoint of the canyon of the condor 3350 msnm, From this point we will have the opportunity to witness the impressive Andean condor in its natural habitat, We will be located in the viewpoint and we will wait for the Condors arrive after their daily activities, This wait will not be for long since the condors usually return in the afternoon between 3:00 pm to their nests, Here you will have the opportunity to see and photograph them the condors from very close and For an average of 2 hours to more flying in front of you that sometimes you can see the condor fly less than 20 meters from you. After seeing the condors we will return walking to the village of Chonta and then in our transport to the city of Cusco. Arrival time at approximately 8:00 p.m. End of the tour.
